- Register on FamilyID Arroyo Athletics District Approved Drivers
- Upload a copy of your drivers license
- Upload a copy of your insurance card
- Upload your DMV Driver Record
- Upload DMV Release Form
- Upload Volunteer Driver Application
- Hit Submit - Once you are approved you will receive an email from the Athletic Director
