2021-2022 ON-LINE REGISTRATION & DATA COLLECTION PROCESS FOR ALL ARROYO STUDENTS.
The district will start the data collection process On-Line August 5th in the Parent Portal.
Congratulations on making it through the unprecedented 2020-2021 school year. Regardless of when you completed the enrollment process for your child/children, the Data Confirmation process must be completed for the 2021-2022 school year in the Parent Portal. To complete the process, all parents/guardians are required to have a current email address in the system. At any time, you can check the functionality of your email in the Parent Portal. If you forgot your password, follow the applicable steps.
Note: Class schedules and teacher assignments will not be accessible until August 18, 2021 (4:00 PM).
Note: This Data Confirmation reminder will be sent multiple times to encourage families to complete the process. If you receive this message again after you have completed the Data Confirmation process, please ignore it.
Because of COVID-19, the safety of students, families, and staff, our goal is to complete the Data Confirmation process virtually. All required Data Confirmation forms can be uploaded via a scanned document or photocopy. Using the print and upload features will prevent the need for families and students to submit documents in person.

Below is a list of all the required Data Confirmation forms for submission/upload. Pay close attention to the required documents (If you have difficulty uploading documents, you will still be able to complete the process via computer or cell phone): ● Online Registration - Signature Page (Print, sign, & upload)
● TITLE VI ED 506 INDIAN STUDENT ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATION FORM (If applicable, print, sign, & upload)
● HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT TEXTBOOK USAGE (Digitally sign & upload)
● Residency Verification Contract (Only required for families that have moved or undergone a change in address since the end of the 2020-2021 school year)

Use Aeries Online Enrollment to enroll students who will be new to the District (or left the District and need to enroll again). You will need to continue the enrollment process at the assigned school when they contact you.
