Brian Fredin » Welcome!

This will be my 18th year teaching at Arroyo High School. I currently teach 9th grade Living Earth and the 10th grade elective for the Future Academy, Introduction to Education. I received my Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolution and Master's degree in Education from UC Santa Barbara (Go Gauchos!). Prior to teaching I spent several years as a technician doing oceanographic research in places like Bermuda and Antarctica. My goal is to use my experience and interest in science to inspire others.
I am also a co-lead of the Future Leaders for Social Change Academy.
