Welcome Class of 2026!!
I hold great enthusiasm and tremendous gratitude for the opportunity to serve you and the Arroyo Don community in this role as your school counselor. I bring over a decade of experience, having worked in school-based mental health as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and program director for the Y-Team, YMCA of the East Bay serving West Contra Costa Unified School District. My passion for and commitment to youth empowerment and social justice is strong, and I am proud to be here as both an advocate and support for you.
My Education:
M.S in Counseling, Marriage, Family and Child Counseling, with an emphasis in School, SFSU
B.S. in Social Welfare with and emphasis in Psychology, UC Berkeley
AA in General Ed, Chabot College
High School, Arroyo (Go Dons!:)
My Interests:
Travel/road trips (can't wait to go places when it's safe again:), reading (currently studying Moonology- ask me about it), hiking, yoga, making functional art, listening to music and podcasts, and spending time with those I love.
