Summer Workouts

To be eligible for summer workouts you must:
1) Be an Arroyo student (incoming 9th graders included)
2) Register on Home Campus (link in the menu on the right)
3) Wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status
 
If you do not register in Home Campus you will not be allowed to participate in our summer workout program.

Re: Arroyo High School Football Program

Dear Future Arroyo Dons Student-Athlete:

As you prepare for next year at Arroyo High School, I wanted to share some important information with you about our exciting Arroyo Dons tackle football program.

We have two-levels of tackle football at Arroyo, Varsity and Junior Varsity. All freshmen will be assigned to the Junior Varsity team to be with their classmates, and to become familiar with participating in tackle football at the high school level. For Varsity and Junior Varsity, we guarantee that every player will play in every game, if that player is physically cleared to play, in good standing academically and has participated in every practice that week. 

*Once you are officially enrolled at Arroyo, you can begin training with our players. 

  • Summer Strength & Speed: June 15th – August 3rd (3:30pm – 4:15pm) M/T/W/Th/F
  • Summer Football Training: June 15th – August 3rd (4:30pm – 6:30pm) M/T/W/Th/F

Mandatory Varsity & JV Football Training Camp begins August 8th, 2022:

  1. Please allow plenty of time to get your medical exam clearance, and your insurance forms and athletic participation documents properly filled out and successfully submitted online at: https://ahs.slzusd.org/apps/pages/athletics

 

  1. Beginning August 8th, 2022, you will Not be allowed to practice with the Arroyo football program until the Athletic Director has received and cleared your medical, insurance & athletic forms, and given your approved information to me
