Information Databases

Information or Research Databases are collections of subject-specific resources from scholarly journals, magazines, newspapers, books, videos, and audio files.

Unlike Google, Information databases are not free but require a subscription. You may need a password if you are accessing the databases from home. The collections of resources found on databases are written by scholars and professional journalists. The information found here is more reliable than what is found on Google and more current than what can be found in our library collection at Arroyo.
